Welcome to Kimberley Villa

Kimberley Point is situated in a quiet corner plot in the newly developed Westbury community in Davenport, just a half mile from the easiest access to the parks and attractions of Orlando, and less than 8 miles from Walt Disney World. It backs onto established orange groves and is overlooked on the one side only (and is thus ideal for those seeking extra privacy).

Our beautifully decorated air conditioned Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for one or two family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests in spacious comfort with a queen size sofa bed sleeping an extra 2 if need be.

The accommodation is centred around a spacious open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings. This comprises a lounge area with sumptuous sofas, coffee table, TV with DVD player, a dining area with family size dining table and a kitchen area with breakfast bar.

The kitchen itself has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a quick snack, or a family feast. You can choose to take the time to eat as a family in the breakfast nook or the dining room.

Outside, our shaded lanai area provides the ideal location for al fresco dining and overlooks the crystal clear oversize pool and bubbling spa where you can relax on luxury sun loungers after a long day at the parks. This whole area is accessible from both the lounge and master bedroom and is screened for convenience. For added protection (for those with young children) we have provided a removable safety fence around the pool. In addition, all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with safety locks and switchable alarms.

The sleeping accommodation at Kimberley Point includes a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm, plus closet space, dresser and combo DVD TV. The en-suite bathroom has his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman style tub and toilet. A second master bedroom can be found on the opposite corner of the home and enjoys a full size bed, with nightstands and lamps, dresser and closet space, combo DVD TV and a master bathroom with vanity basin, toilet and shower.

There are 2 further bedrooms, both with twin beds and combo DVD TVs. For the kids, one is decorated in a Disney theme (complete with Mickey Mouse TV!). Both have dresser and closet space, and share a family bathroom.

For added convenience we provide all linen (except beach towels) and there is a fully equipped laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

In consideration to our guests with allergies we must regrettably stipulate that Kimberley Point is a non smoking Villa and that pets are not allowed.
