Pool Heating per week (recommended from November to March): £80
- Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday although variations will be considered.
- The Villa must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
All prices shown include Florida sales/rental taxes.- A 10% deposit is required. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
If your stay is less than 7 nights an additional £50 surcharge is made for cleaning.
